Our client operates a complex group of companies across retail, hospitality, and event spaces, with employees frequently working across different brands, sites, and hourly rates in the same pay period, making payroll calculations a weekly nightmare. We designed a custom multi-brand payroll management system that aggregates staff timesheets, flags site overlaps, calculates overtime thresholds, and processes complex tax brackets. This system eliminated manual spreadsheet entry, prevented double-booking of shifts, and served as the backbone of their finance department during the end-of-year tax filing.
