Our client is an occupational therapy clinic working with private clients and schools. Due to regulations, there were some complexities involved in creating documents, tracking clients, and assigning tasks to practitioners. Our solution was a simple, custom-built system that gives all practitioners a single place to log in and manage documents, client records, and tasks — all stored securely and encrypted. We also created custom video tutorials covering every part of the system, along with training materials to help new practitioners get up to speed quickly. Our client has saved hundreds of hours of admin time as a result.
