Our client is a traditional notary public office whose mature staff were struggling with complex, modern document upload procedures and compliance tracking. We built a secure client portal featuring automated file scanners that check documents for correct sizes and formats before submission. We also designed a high-contrast, large-font administrative dashboard with simplified buttons. This enabled their senior staff to review documents, sign off certificates, and file compliance reports in half the time, without needing complex computer training.
